Fire Recovery after the recent bushfires.

The Grampians Ark Project is a conservation initiative focused on protecting native wildlife in the Grampians National Park (Gariwerd) and surrounding areas. It primarily targets the control of invasive species like the European Red Fox, which pose a significant threat to native animals such as the Brush-tailed Rock-wallaby, Long-nosed Potoroo, and Southern Brown Bandicoot. By implementing fox control measures across 226,000 hectares, the project aims to restore balance to the ecosystem and support the recovery of endangered species. This collaborative effort involves Parks Victoria, local Landcare groups, and researchers, making it a vital part of biodiversity conservation in the region
