Join us to remove sallow wattle (Acacia longifolia spp sophorae), an invasive out of place native plant shading out the park’s unique vegetation.
Park Victoria Pest Control Ranger Sarah Cole and FOGG need your help to protect this special ecosystem. This area has been recently slashed, but there are sallow wattle seedlings emerging that need pulling out and some larger trees cutting down at ground level.
All welcome. Bring gloves and bring friends, we will have tree loppers and safety glasses.
